Sea Buckthorn oil

Sea Buckthorn Oil, derived from the berries and seeds of the Hippophae rhamnoides plant, is celebrated for its rich array of nutrients and bioactive compounds that deliver profound benefits to the skin. This oil is renowned for its high concentrations of vitamin C, vitamin E, carotenoids, and essential fatty acids, making it an excellent choice for enhancing skin health and addressing a range of skin concerns.

Omega Fatty Acids (Omega-7, Omega-6, Omega-3):

Sea buckthorn oil contains a unique blend of omega fatty acids, including omega-7 (palmitoleic acid), omega-6 (linoleic acid), and omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid). These fatty acids play critical roles in maintaining skin integrity and function. Omega-7 is particularly known for its regenerative properties, promoting skin healing and improving elasticity. Omega-6 helps maintain the skin’s barrier function and prevent moisture loss, while omega-3 supports anti-inflammatory responses, reducing redness and irritation. This combination of fatty acids helps soothe dry, sensitive skin, improve hydration, and support overall skin resilience.

Vitamin C:

Vitamin C is a potent antioxidant that helps neutralize free radicals and protect the skin from oxidative stress.Vitamin C promotes collagen synthesis, which is crucial for maintaining skin firmness and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It also brightens the complexion, evens out skin tone, and helps to fade dark spots and hyperpigmentation.

Vitamin E:

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant that helps protect cell membranes from oxidative damage.Vitamin E provides deep hydration, enhances skin elasticity, and protects against environmental stressors. It works synergistically with vitamin C to improve overall skin health and appearance, reducing signs of aging and promoting a smoother, more even skin texture.

Carotenoids (Beta-Carotene, Lycopene):

Carotenoids are plant pigments with strong antioxidant properties. Beta-carotene and lycopene are prominent in sea buckthorn oil.Carotenoids help protect the skin from UV damage, enhance skin tone, and provide a natural glow. They also support skin repair and regeneration, contributing to a more youthful and radiant complexion.
